go to that link and it says this ix Tier 1 then it has prices over to the right is that the only amount you have to pay to get that item.

and i won't be on WoW for like 3 weeks siince my time card ran out so I gotta convince my mom to get me one which might take awhile.

i think it says that is for burning wow , which i think is a private server. so in conclusion i think that is how much you have to pay for that item at a private server custom shop. but i could be wrong.

you cant buy old tier gear on real servers.
and there would be no reason to, 61greens are better than t1, and by 65 all your t2 sould be replaced as well. people still wear some t3 at 70 for set bonus. but the gear is far inferior.
