Questions About Lich King/Burning Crusade

I have Burning Crusade downloaded onto my computer, but I have not paid for it, so I cannot use it. So technically I have it, but not really (if that makes any sense at all).

Anyway, I was planning to buy it when I got to level 60, but with Lich King coming out, I had a few questions.

1.) When Lich King comes out, will Burning Crusade become free?
2.) Do I have to have Buring Crusade before I can get Lich King?
3.) Once Lich King comes out, will there be a way to get them both at the same time, cheaper?

If anyone knows the answers to these questions it would be really helpful.

Blizzard hasn't released a whole lot of info except the little tidbits at Blizzcon... but I'll assume that BC won't become free (maybe price cut)... you'll need BC (so that you can level to 70... seeing as how they've raised the cap to 80 with this next Xpac)... and I'm sure they'll have some kind of package where you can buy everything... but who knows.

I'd only assume that this next Xpac won't be out for a fairly long time... soooooo... I'd say ''don't worry about it''... You really shouldn't even be too worried about TBC 'til you reach mid 50's anyway... (unless you're a blood elf...which you're not).

From the rumors ive heard it is supposed to come out in 1-2 years. As for BC becoming free im sure it will go drop 10-20 dollars but wont be free. And im sure the will make a pack like what you are talking about where the games are together.

a price cut for sure on BC....maybe theyll even do a trilogy type of bundle when WOTLK comes out and you end up saving a little off each game.

youll deff need it to play WOTLK though, as in BC


that xpac is a long way down the road...i wouldnt worry about it until at least a concrete release date spreads

I give the expansion 6-8 months minimum. No way in hell could they have it done by October/November, if that was the release time they would have announced it a lot earlier and closed beta would be up
