nothing bad towards you or your efforts but i dont see why people buy wow characters. the whole point of the game is to explore and get the accomplishment of leveling.

That is very true but some people just want to be level 70 b/c they dont care about the whole game experience they just want their 70 to go gank lowbies and people who hit 70 and can no longer play for some reason or dont want to can make a 100 bucks or so by selling their account
