Blizzard is preparing for a drawing to see who gets beta keys. Those with clean records and those accounts who are active will have a better chance in the lottery. If you go to the account page, it will tell your status at the bottom of the page. 4.0 is perfect status, while 1.0 is the other way around. Good Luck with the drawing.
